Have worked in several projects involving Agile I am adept to this methodology in order to deliver projects on time and budget, always having in mind the design thinking and mobile first concept. However Agile methodology needs to be advocated from the top management, if not it can work against the project.

Google Analytics it's one of the most important tools to dominate, however, there several other tools assisting with the campaigns performance, traffic, acquisition and the most important, increase of E-commerce rate if we are talking about selling products. I always advocate to acquire organic traffic and solid SEO plan, however, when there are acquisition campaigns I try to look outside the usual player such as Adwords and Facebook Ads, I don't like to be fully depended on these platforms.

UX design tech

Without UX or bad usability there is not site conversion, therefore it's important to know tools provides a good user experience, interface and especially a simplified user flow. For campaigns, visually speaking short fast content, graphics and visual content are on the rise, especially 10 to 15 secs. videos and microstories, again it's important to be up to date with software such as After Effects.

CONCLUSION

AS A DIGITAL PROFESSIONAL, I ADVOCATE THAT UX, METRICS, MOBILE, E-COMMERCE, SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS, SEO AND CAMPAIGNS Are part of ONE BIG DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM, for example: THERE IS NO E-COMMERCE RATE if the UX and is bad, or,IF a website IS NOT OPTIMISED FOR MOBILE usability THERE IS NO MOBILE organic TRAFFIC, ONE OF THE HARDNESS THINGS IS TO PROVE is THAT all CHANNELS ARE CONNECTED ANd NEED TO BE SYNCHRONISED, that is my overall vision about digital.
